Run2AI is the brand of Run 2 Cloud S.r.l., a Milan-based software house specialized in AI Operations for Healthcare. We design and run software that automates the administrative processes of medical centers, polyclinics, dental practices, diagnostic centers, pharmacies and veterinary clinics.
We have worked with Italian healthcare facilities since 2016. Over the years we have supported multi-site polyclinics, social-healthcare facilities, physiotherapy centers and specialist practices, first with projects to digitize clinical-administrative processes and then with artificial intelligence applied to patient reception.
We develop three vertical SaaS products for healthcare: Inventorify for inventory management, RefertoSicuro for secure report delivery and Certiplanner for certifications, accreditations and regulatory deadlines. We also deliver custom projects, from web and mobile applications to chatbots. You can find them all on the other products page.
It starts with an introductory call where we look together at contact volumes, the practice management system in use and the facility's goals.
